JenniferJennifer was always looking forward to becoming a multi-tasking superstar. While she was a kid Jennifer was into a wide range of genres of music, mainly Afro-Caribbean musics such as salsa, merengue and the bachata. Also, she was a fan of popular music like hip-hop , and R&B. She was a lover of music, but was also fascinated by the film industry. Her most significant influence came from the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Alongside being a talented performer Jennifer is also a Catholic schoolgirl. She attended for eight years in an Catholic elementary school , named Holy Family, located in The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls prep school, Preston High School after four years of attendance. While at school, Jennifer was an amazing athlete and participated in tennis and track. Her entire life was raising her children in a two-story home within the Castle Hill neighborhood. When she was 18, Jennifer moved out of the house of her parents. At this point, Lopez worked at a legal firm. She also took dancing jobs at night.
